Arise Home Health Care provides compassionate in-home medical and non-medical care for individuals of any age, children to elders.  Arise serves Central Minnesota and Eastern North Dakota. (See In Home Care Locations.)

Service To Anyone, Anywhere:
Our services can be provided virtually anywhere with the exception of a hospital or nursing home. Our clients can receive services in homes, apartments, schools and assisted living facilities.

Care Plans:
A wide array of nursing and personal care services are available, tailored for each individual. Registered nurses make assessments and customized care plans.

Nursing Case Management and Supervision:
Registered nurses oversee the care provided by our home health aides and personal care assistants. A registered nurse is on call full time to assist caregivers, implement care plans and provide medical oversight and training.
