Caregiving is a unique and special industry. True Caregivers see the career as a calling rather than "just a job". The Arise administration is very supportive of our Caregivers and works together with them to support and problem solve on behalf of the client. Arise provides a great experience for individuals wanting to help others and those who desire experience in the field.
Ongoing Support
Arise has developed Arise University, an online tool developed to provide ongoing training, resources and support to our Caregivers. This tool also provides consistent communication between Arise and our Caregivers.
Recruitment and Selection:
Arise is always accepting applications from caring individuals with the appropriate training. During the interview process, we take time to learn what the applicant hopes to gain from the Arise experience and work to match each applicant with the right client.
Qualifications:
Home Health Aides must hold an CNA certification and must be registered with the State of Minnesota.
In addition, Arise conducts a Skills Inventory to asess experience levels and always conducts a background check on each new employee prior to their start date with the client.
